Our Process
Our objective is always to create a space that our clients love and want to spend time in. Once we understand the scope of work for the project, we provide a projected budget. Most often, BASEC works with our proven roster of contractors and tradespeople, but we are willing to work with our client’s specific sources if they prefer, as well as other specialized companies. Once all materials and subcontractor costs are gathered, we provide a projected itemized proposal.
Throughout every project, our team is hands-on and present, ensuring all work is done to perfection.
